You probably shouldn't talk about things you don't understand.  It's
common 
knowledge in Oregon; up there with the bottle bill, the self-service ban
and 
legal fireworks in Wa****ngton.

If you live here, you're aware of it.  If you're not aware of it you
should 
learn something before you spout off and insult others.
