That's your interpretation.  That's not what the law says.  It's hard to 
imagine any government arranging for its own overthrow.

More than ever, with the new powers that the government is assuming
in the last six years.

That's a press thing.  The press likes the word compound, because
it sounds ominous.  Prisons are in compounds.  If they like you, your
place might be called an estate or a yard or enclosure.  If they don't 
like you, it's a compound.
