there are certain "effects" that occur when people interact in
society. these are based on what breed of humanoid they are,
including whether they are female.
these effects are often foul, and can be almost an "attack",
feelings of insane excitement, fear, embarassment, come-ons,
attempts to "engage" in psycho***ual communication.

horrible effects, which can be as disturbing as a feeling that
another has "locked on" to you, and "rattles" you, literally causing
shakes or spastic twitches in your body, or with some females, a
feeling that the head cannot be moved without being interfered by
jerky "locks" as you attempt to look away from them.
the owner of the continent and territory known as "america" wants
people to be officially "forced" to experience the horror of the
current society, and what happens when various humanoids mix.
