Maybe so, but I predict that by about 2050 AD, the human species will be
decimated or extinct - due to that very increase in population seen as,
eg,
Islam's greatest asset.
No religion or other group is going to advocate reduction in human
numbers - we don't trust each other - and so the predicted increase in
overall world population, from the current 6.5 billion to nine billion,
will
occur.
The impact of our huge bio-mass is already deleterious to our
environment,
and this will accelerate rather than decrease, as all us human locusts
devour our habitat.
The well-meaning, but feeble, attempts to arrest climate change, recycle
waste, and otherwise become Green, are as nothing unless human population
growth is stopped, and reversed. And this won't happen.
Islam may populate the world with indoctrinated zombies, all wor****pping
a
non-existent god five times a day - but it will prove nothing, except how
stupid the Clever Ape is. The population crash, following the boom, will
decimate Islam along with the Rest of Us. Nuclear war in the Middle East
is
a useful first step.
Homo Sap is on the way out, and Nature doesn't care - nor does your God,
who is conspicuous by his absence, whether at WYD or Mecca.
Any mutant survivors will dwell in caves, and scratch a subsistence
living
among the garbage heaps and ruins of a non-recoverable civilisation,
before
they too, exit.
