It`s the demise of some already existing State which would provide the
proper occasion and setting for the
establishment of a gay independent State.Gays could not cause such a
demise,but only take advantage of
it after having seen it coming.Which means that gay separatists would
have to spend some of their time following
world events and trends on one hand,and to study history more generally
as to form an idea on how States
disappear and how they operate.
