A newly formed gay independent State of the future shall renew its
population solely through immigration,
that is the one of gays from other countries.It shall leave the risks
entailed in reproduction solely to the
hetero***ual side embodied in various politically independent
hetero***ual societies.Thus,it shall cast
the hethro side in the role of the sole possible looser in that
process.It shall confine itself to research in modern and advanced
reproductive technology,so has to develop a capacity to operate on its
own should demographic conditions on the hethro side evolve towards a
general and worldwide lower birth rate.So long as the world
population will be on the rise,or remaining in the billions,a gay
independent State will not need to have any
reproductive activity on its soil.In that trend of thinking,a gay
independent State shall nationalize entirely the
reproductive function,and abolish all private initiatives in that field
of activity.
