In relations to power,three scenarios which we shall contemplate
forthwith.The first of these scenarios,
which is to be rejected by us almost at once,is the absence of
power.Because it falls under common sense that one cannot do anything
without power.Such are the conditions under which operate most gay
political movements or associations which aren`t separatist.They have
fine and even commendable ideas.But these fine and commendable ideas
cannot be implemented,for lack of political power to do so.A second
scenario related to power,and which is almost as idealistic and as
stupid - if not more- is absolute power in the entire world.
This cannot be achieved in the world of Realpolitiks,as confirmed by
history.We cannot have a gay world,nor
even only a gay-friendly world.This will never happen.The third
scenario is power in a geographically delineated area,called in our
modern times a nation-State.It corresponds to a gay independent
State,which is our realistic proposition,which is the aim we are ready
to sup****t,which we regard as achievable.Exclusion in one place of the
political and especially of the demographic activity ot the hetro
human group: a gay independent Republic.
