Hetero***ual societies typically have a 50/50 *** ratio.So do have
fringe hethro communities
improperly labelled as bi***ual,which incidendly constitutes one
method among others of
identifying them.Large existing gay communities established in the
form of neighboorhoods,
such like the Montreal Gay Village,are however essentially and
exclusively male.Which is
ominous as to the eventual *** ratio which shall result from
immigration in a gay independent State.This is not really the
consequence of an exclusion of women by men.It has rather to do
with the homo***ual orientation itself,in which both ***es do not
stand the same to loose in
terms or amount of privileges of the hethro variety.If it is that
so,then no policy of exclusion or
of inclusion of either *** will change the *** ratio of an eventual
gay independent State
acquiring all its citizens by way of immigration.In drafting a
definition of who is a gay individual
and thus a citizen of a gay independent Republic,there is no risk
entailed in granting the status
of gay at the exact same conditions to individuals of both ***es.Since
majority decides in a democracy of such matters like definitions and
citizen****p legislation,gay males shall determine who is gay on the
basis of their type of adhesion to the gay lifestyle,and not on the
basis of some other and leser form of adhesion such as one encounters
among the improperly labelled bi***uals.
