Changes in organized hetero***ual societies will have a different
meaning to gays
living in political independence and in a State of their own, separated
as they will
be from the said societies and by an international border. Some
hetero***ual societies
may change for the worse. But thus they will only send more gay
refugees and immigrants
to a gay independent State. The individual gay interest will not thus
be served,but the
collective and State one will. Some hetero***ual societies may remain
tolerant of gays,
or evolve towards tolerance for that matter. But that will rather cast
them in the role of
competitors of a gay independent State for the acquisition of human
and gay assets,
than in the one of allies.Though it is unlikely that any hetero***ual
society which is
tolerant of gays will have anything to offer which may compete with
the collective and
personal freedom of a gay independent State. So,changes in hetero***ual
societies,
either for the worse or for the better, will not be much of a concern
to gays living in political
independence and in a State of their own. What will concern them will
be the balance of
power between various and organized hetero***ual societies. That only
one of these
societies becomes too powerfull may pose a treath to them, irrespective
that they might be
tolerant or not of gays. What counts here is power, not mere intentions
or attitudes.A
gay independent State will thus have to play hethro States against
each other irrespective
of their attitude towards gays.So that such States remain more or less
equal and incapable of combining against gay political independence
embodied in a gay State.
