Supplementary to Synthesis 48,for general purpose.What will be the
tasks of a gay diplomacy operating through its delegates and
representatives on foreign hethro soil ? In general,the same as any
other diplomatic mission.In certain respects however,the tasks of a
gay diplomatic mission abroad will differ somewhat from those of the
representatives of other countries,and at the same time from the ones
of the LGBT movement.The main concern of a gay independent Republic
getting all its human replacements by way of immigration will be to
tap into its strategic demographic assets located and dispersed
abroad.And to gather them in sufficient numbers and millions to
constitute and maintain a viable geopolitical entity capable of
defending itself against any future and foreign hethro
encroachment.Because gays in a dispersed mode will remain forever
powerless.Whereas in a country of theirs,they may become strong enough
to tackle the tasks and face the challenges of the centuries ahead of
us.The diplomats of a gay independent State will thus concern
themselves with the freedom to leave for gays living abroad,rather
than with the bettering of their life conditions under foreign hethro
domination.That such life conditions remain tolerable and do not
worsen,certainly.But the coexistence of gays as a minority among an
hethro majority tolerant or not will no longer be of interest to the
diplomacy of a gay independent State.Such a diplomacy shall not meddle
in the fate of those gays who have elected voluntarily to remain under
foreign hethro rule.On another hand,gays who cannot stand any more
foreign hethro domination will undoubtedly succeed in fleeing it
either by hook or by crook the very moment a country of theirs
exists.But to a gay diplomat,it will be even better if they can simply
leave in an orderly fa****on and through regular channels consolidated
by agreements and treaties.Which will be the task of gay diplomats to
negociate in the course of their dealings with foreign hethro
governments.The diplomats of a gay independent State abroad will thus
seek such agreements like regular scheduled flights,landing rights for
our airlines,communications by sea,and if the case arises by land
also,with those hethro countries in which they are accredited.At a
more advanced stage,the diplomats of a gay independent State will have
to seek and negociate transit rights for those gay immigrants hailing
from other countries.Geography being what it is,many gay immigrants
will have to reach first an hethro country having diplomatic relations
with a gay independent State before immigrating to such a State.This
could involve hethro countries with whom we have regular diplomatic
and consular relations in the implementation of our own citizen****p
statutes.We shall come back on that issue later on.
