and political simulation.Some voice from the
future,here a diplomat: "This gay independent State we have in year
2148,and which I had to honour to serve for several years
abroad,continues to exist for one im****tant reason among others: the
hethro world remains disunited as always.
In your times,in year 2008,there were 194 existing independent
States.Now and in 2148,we have 234 of them.And we ow only to the
disintegration of both the United States and Canada nearly a century
ago to have come to existence as a gay State.Yet,some people still
talk about the unification of mankind.This sends a ****ver down the
spine of our public opinion,who understands *Unification,but against
whom but us ?* It is clear that the hethro world is and must remain
divided,even more if possible.Currently and on the north American
continent,we have only three stable hethro States (out of a total of
14) with clearly established boundaries,the Republic of New England
(capital city: Boston),the Republica de California (capital city: San
Francisco),and the Condominium of British Columbia (capital city:
Vancouver).The first is our southern neighboor.And all three are
friendly to us.We have no use for peace or political integration,since
we are in the business of balance of power".
