The last few posts were from Roosevelt leading up to WW II. I see no
cowardice that is so prevalent in today's liberal democrat.....
So after checking all of my history books, reviewing the bazillion
documentaries I have seen of History Channel regarding WW II, I can find
NO WHERE a statistic of 94% against the war. This is yet another lie
being
propagated by you libs.
The ONLY reference I could find was a note in a book called The
National
Experience that said pre Pearl Harbor 6 in 10 didn't want to go to war.
It
was because most conservatives and some democrats at the time were
"isolationists". Post Pearl Harbor the number was 8 of 10 in favor of
U.S.
involvement in the war.
So I smacked that machination out of the Usenet.
