The _real enemies_ of America aren't every going to be all in one place
at one time, and if they ever were, nobody would ever know about it.
You're aiming at figureheads.
Though actually I am increasingly of the opinion that if every single
person living within about 30 miles of DC were instantly va****ized, it
would be both an apalling tragedy and an inspirational victory.
Remember, if you have to kill _only_ 100 decent god-fearing people to
assure the death of one BLOODSUCKING BACKSTABBER you've gotten a good
deal.
Recent experiences lead me to believe that to get all of the
bloodsucking backstabbers in the region, you'd have to kill off about 5
million decent god-fearing people amongst whom the monsters hide.
Cheap at the price.
