In the AMNESTY Bill (Senate Bill 1348 Known as The Great Bargain
Masquerades as "Real Immigration Reform" But Surrenders Public Interest
For
Politics!)
Allows most workers currently in the U.S. to apply for an eight-year guest
worker's
"Z" Visa. They may tell us that these are tem****ary, however, they are
not telling
us that these VISAS may be renewed indefinitely, which makes them
permanent.
A Z Visa will transform an illegal alien into a legal resident within 24
hours and
allows them to stay indefinitely.
To get one, an illegal alien simply has to prove they have been working
illegally in
this country by submitting a pay stub or bank receipt or a remittance
receipt.
Fingerprints must be submitted and a non-relative must swear out an
affidavit that
the illegal alien was here before January 1, 2007. (Nowhere did I read
of any
penalty for a false affidavit or if they would even be checked for
truthfulness.)
Only fingerprints on file in this country will be available, which
suggests that
criminals from other countries will find it as easy to be given amnesty
and legality
as other illegal aliens.
In addition, taxpayers will be paying for any the attorneys needed to
represent the
illegal aliens.
Our generosity just grows and grows.
Incidentally, anyone who has been using fraudulent papers and messed up
the lives of
American citizens by using their SSA numbers and other information seems
to be
getting a complete pass.
There is no guarantee in the Bill that any border security will take
place, any
employers will be penalized or that after being passed anything will take
place other
than millions of illegals being made legal, even more untouchable than
they are today
but with more rights than most native-born and naturalized citizens, with
said
citizens picking up the bill for all illegals, many for the rest of their
lives,
keeping in mind that 60% of them are high school or less-educated
dropouts.
The minute the Bill is passed, the illegals will be legal. They will cut
in front of
everyone, some of whom have been legally waiting in line for years in
their own
country, for admission to the U.S. legally.
Illegal aliens have no need to learn English until the ninth year of
amnesty.
Free in-state tuition, a benefit not given to United States citizens is
theirs for
the taking.
The illegal aliens not only don't have to pay any back taxes, they
immediately become
eligible for Earned Income Tax Credit (even if they don't make enough
money to pay
new taxes). The Earned Income Tax Credit was designed to help citizens of
this
country.
Bill removes penalties against humanitarian workers who help illegals --
sanctuaries,
La Raza, for example?
Guest workers not in this country will be allowed to apply for a green
card if
sponsored by an employer.
Guest workers will only have to wait five years to apply for citizen****p.
De****tation of illegal aliens will be shut down immediately when the Bill
is signed
as judges must allow all illegals to apply for amnesty.
24 hours after the bill passes, all illegal aliens in the country can
apply for valid
SSA cards.
The process grants forgiveness for those who have been convicted of two
misdemeanors.
No medical exam required.
If the computers go down during background checks, it doesn't matter, the
illegal
alien gets to stay regardless of incomplete check (after the illegal's
materials are
submitted, the government only has 24 hours to run a background check --
one day --
it must be done within that time frame or the illegal has an automatic
pass to
legality). Our incompetent government will suddenly become competent?
Only fingerprints on file in this country will be available. Hard core
criminals
from other countries will be given amnesty and legality if their
fingerprints aren't
on file in the U.S to raise a red flag.
Amnesty for Gang Members (estimated at least 30,000 illegal gang members
in 33
states): All illegal gang members have to do is say they don't want to be
a gang
member anymore. Voila!!! Legal.
This proposed Bill is the result of no committee meetings, no town hall
meetings,
just a small group of people meeting as though in the dead of night and
making
decisions affecting every American, mainly adversely.
BEWARE!!!! There are still many provisions in the Bill no-one has seen.
No doubt to
be quietly added to when we're not looking.
For example, don't believe that chain migration is dead.
