Some people may think it's okay to publicly display nooses
as part of their Halloween decorations, but not several
civil rights leaders who will speak out at the Atlanta
Federal Building Tuesday morning.
Rev. Al Sharpton, Martin Luther King III and others will
announce plans for a march on the nation's capital next
month to put pressure on the U.S. Justice Department to
investigate what they claim is an increase in hate crime
activity.
