We also strive to create a system in that immigration from legal sources
should be redirected towards that pre'64 immigration act changes in terms
of
place of origin for future immigrants.
Further we strive to put in place a system of punishments that enforce the
above beliefs, on both illegals and Citizens alike, including all
cor****ations that may function with in the United States of America. But
that most especially puts in place a system where government is held
accountable to the Citizens,first and foremost to the exclusion of
non-citizens. And where moreover the Majority will have their will done
truthfully, and not in the distorted manner that the present corruptocracy
produces to our determents but in our names.

SALEM, Mass. -
Some illegal immigrants facing serious criminal charges are avoiding
prosecution - with the help of the government - thanks to what prosecutors
say is a gaping hole in the state's bail law. A small but growing number
of
immigrants charged with crimes are being de****ted prior to their trials,
avoiding any penalty for their actions while in the United States. And
once
de****ted, authorities fear, they can return under a new alias and continue
their activities.
(Yes but it is cheaper to just send them home, and if we could seal the
border, then it is punishment enough to have to live in some of the places
these illegal criminals come from, no?)

SAVE Act perpetuates, rather than reforms, our immigration policy

Expressions of hatred and xenophobia toward immigrants, at an all-time
high,
are producing widespread fear in the Latino community. Unfortunately, the
echo of a hate-filled climate is now making its way through Congress.
Anti-immigrant forces in the House are capitalizing on fears and
stereotypes
to push the SAVE Act, a bill that would throw more money at our broken
immigration system instead of engaging in the hard work of meaningful
reform. As it sounds, this philosophy espouses making the lives of
immigrants and their families so difficult that they simply give up and
self-de****t.
(And if the SAVE act really did that we would sup****t it, but it is really
just more of the same old pig dressed up as a new bride! As it is the
simplest way to ensure mass self-repatriations is to simply stop them from
being able to work in the USA, being able to have welfare in the USA, and
ending the anchor baby incentive to violate our borders. What is so hard

Agents fired upon during busy weekend along the border

Drug smugglers opened fire on U.S. Border Patrol agents late Friday
evening
east of Sasabe in what highlighted a busy weekend along Arizona's stretch
of
U.S. - Mexican border.
Close to the international line east of Sasabe about 11 p.m. Friday, an
agent noticed a group of eight crossing the border with backpacks, said
Mike
Scioli, Border Patrol Tucson Sector spokesman. As other agents arrived to
make an apprehension, the backpackers opened fire, he said. Agents ducked
and took cover. The backpackers continued firing as they retreated back
into
Mexico, Scioli said. Agents didn't return fire because they didn't know
where the bullets were coming from, he said.
(Yeah, right, they did not return fire because the suits are scared that
they will be called names by ethnic lobbies. I mean really is anyone
stupid
enough to believe that they knew that the eight started shooting and then
just did not know where the shooting was coming from? I say,"Shoot to

Official: Cartel hit men posted 'help wanted' sign at U.S-Mexico border

MEXICO CITY - Hit men tied to the Gulf cartel appear to be boldly seeking
recruits by posting help-wanted signs in the border city of Nuevo Laredo,
including a giant banner hung across a thoroughfare, a federal anti-drug
enforcement official said Monday.
The banner appeared over the weekend in Nuevo Laredo near the border with
Texas: "Operative group 'The Zetas' wants you, soldier or ex-soldier. We
offer a good salary, food and benefits for your family. Don't suffer
anymore
mistreatment and don't go hungry."

brewing at the University of Wa****ngton over planned protests on the issue
is any indication, we're leaning towards yes. An email from College
Republicans is making the rounds at UW, announcing a planned game of "Find
the Illegal Immigrant Tag" on the HUB lawn. The "game" is planned for
Tuesday afternoon to call for the securing of American borders and a
crack-down on illegal immigration.

Mayor Says Illegal Immigrants' Civil Rights Violated

The Arizona mayor, who under pressure from Judicial Watch reluctantly
reversed his city's illegal immigrant sanctuary status, has ordered the
FBI
to investigate the local sheriff-Joe Arpaio-for violating the civil rights
of illegal aliens during arrests.In a letter to U.S. Attorney General
Michael Mukasey, Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon asks the Department of Justice
to
investigate "discriminatory harassment" and "improper" stops, searches and
arrests by Maricopa County sheriff's deputies who patrol the metropolitan
area. The Mayor writes that "Over the past few weeks, Sheriff Arpaio's
actions have infringed on the civil rights of our residents," and "put our
residents' well-being, and the well-being of law enforcement officers, at
risk."

Suspected gang member dies in shootout with cops

TIJUANA - A suspected San Diego gang member believed to have ties to the
Arellano Félix cartel was killed in a shootout this weekend with police
outside a children's birthday party in a working-class section of Tijuana,
authorities said yesterday.
(As if we did not have enough crime. If we continue to allow these people
to im****t themselves they will im****t crime to this Nation. That is not
PC,
but it is reality.)

Illegal aliens' numbers hurt states in Congress
Have you ever thought about exactly how the number of representatives from
each state to the House of Representatives is determined? You don't have
to
worry about the number of representatives to the Senate; that is set in
stone -- two from each state. The number of representatives of a
particular
state, however, is determined by the population of that state.
Every 10 years, the U.S. Census Bureau is required to count every person
in
the United States. That count determines the number of congressional
representatives each state may have. Some states lose, while other states
gain representatives.
The problem is the Census Bureau counts everyone, including illegal
immigrants. A state that doesn't care about controlling illegal immigrants
will gain strength in the House of Representatives. A state that tries to
control illegal immigration may lose representatives because it is
enforcing
our laws. Congress needs to take a closer look at this issue.
This is only one reason we need to enforce our immigration laws. No matter
which side of the fence you are on, our presidential candidates need to
discuss this issue and inform the public as to what their positions are
prior to the election in November.
If you are not aware of your candidate's position, please ask him or her.
Be
aware of it before you go to the polls in November. It is im****tant to our
nation.

de****t them?And isn't the census derilict in its duties to America for NOT
re****ting the where abouts of illegals? )
