Statement of Principles and Purpose:

We believe that the immigration situation is out of hand.
We Further believe that all illegals should, must be and will be de****ted
to
the country of their individual origin, in what ever manner may be easiest
and most productive to the goal of total de****tation of this population.
We also strive to create a system in that immigration from legal sources
should be redirected towards that pre'64 immigration act changes in terms
of
place of origin for future immigrants.
Further we strive to put in place a system of punishments that enforce the
above beliefs, on both illegals and Citizens alike, including all
cor****ations that may function with in the United States of America. But
that most especially puts in place a system where government is held
accountable to the Citizens,first and foremost to the exclusion of
non-citizens. And where moreover the Majority will have their will done
truthfully, and not in the distorted manner that the present corruptocracy
produces to our determents but in our names.

Video Cameras in Police Cars Might Not Be Funded
Funding for illegal immigration enforcement in Prince William County was
slashed almost in half last night when the Board of County Supervisors
tentatively decided not to install cameras in county police cars.
In all, supervisors cut the proposed budget by $6.7 million. That amount
brings the property tax rate to 97 cents per $100 *****sed valuation. The
change would amount to a 5 percent increase in the tax bill of the average
homeowner.
Installing cameras and monitoring the footage would cost $3.1 million,
which
accounts for much of the $6.9 million in the coming year's budget for
illegal immigration enforcement. Police Chief Charlie T. Deane had
requested
cameras to protect the county against allegations of racial profiling as
officers check the residency status of criminal suspects who they think
are
in the country illegally.
(It certainly seems sensible to cut the funding on a program that is
working
to force illegals out, right? I mean I always attempt to hamstring
anything
that I sup****t! It is time to vote those idiots out, and get some better
idiots in there!)

Immigration debate riles Latinos

U.S.-born Latinos in America are fed up. They're tired of the ugliness in
the immigration debate, and they're not buying the argument that it does
not
concern them.
Take it from Janet Murguia, president of the National Council of La Raza,
the nation's largest Hispanic civil rights organization.
(Ruben, allow me to be the first to tell you to STFU! You are either for
de****tations of illegals or you get de****ted with the illegals. This is
not
rock science. THis is not PC, and I do not care how you or anyone else

Senate challenges House for wider immigration protections
COLUMBIA, SC (AP) - South Carolina employers would have to check a federal
database to see if the workers they hire are in the U.S. legally under a
compromise illegal immigration bill hammered out in committee.
The deal worked out in a conference committee Tuesday also allows workers
to
sue employers who fire them and replace them with illegal immigrants.
However, they will only be able to get their job back and ask for lost
wages.

Unions protest illegal immigration

JEFFERSON CITY -- Hundreds of union members filled the Capitol's south
lawn
today to urge lawmakers to punish employers who hire illegal immigrants.
Guy Ott, with a St. Louis-based operating engineers union, said that
businesses should have to prove their workers are legally in the United
States.
The House and Senate have each passed their own versions of legislation
cracking down on illegal immigration. But there has been disagreement
about
whether employers should have to use the federal E-Verify database to
check
their workers' immigration status.
Democratic lawmakers and Attorney General Jay Nixon spoke at Tuesday's
rally. Nixon, who is running for governor, pledged to represent organized
labor's interests, including on illegal immigration.
(Yes the rank and file are but the Unions leader****p are a bunch of

on

Slow Progress, Frustration Mark SPP Summit
Experts say the North American Security and Prosperity Partner****p has
become its own worst enemy.

Prosperity Partner****p leaders' summit in New Orleans yesterday, concerns
over its lack of progress are being raised.
From the business community, in the form of a North American
Competitiveness
Council re****t, there was a sense of disappointment in the progress made
on
priorities, along with a near-urgent call directed at political leaders to
strengthen North America's competitiveness
While the NACC, comprised of representatives from some of the biggest and
most powerful companies on the continent, re****ted that progress has been
slow on several of the priorities, such as emergency management,
integrating
auto sector regulations and the implementation of enhanced driver's
licenses, it described the trilateral framework as essential for all three
counties' economic success.

Man Pleads Guilty to Hiring Illegal Workers
A Manassas man whose concrete company was raided by immigration
authorities
last month pleaded guilty yesterday in federal court in Alexandria to
hiring
immigrants who were not authorized to live or work in the country.
Felisberto J. Magalhaes, 55, is listed in public records as president of
CMC
Concrete Construction on Sudley Road in Manassas. On March 24, agents from
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raided the business in what is
believed to be one of the largest federal immigration operations in the
region in recent years. The agents took 34 Latin American nationals into
custody that morning.

Alarming Sensitive U.S. Government Re****t on Mexico Violence

The question remains why have not the U.S. President George Bush ordered
the
State Dept. to issue the Highest level travel alert in regards to Mexico
for
the many dangers that are likely to confront Americans traveling in Mexico
today. While the U.S. President meets with the leaders of both Canada and
Mexico today in New Orleans the dangers for American travelers are
increasing each day. The President by not issuing the travel warning is
putting American lives at risk. The Laguna Journal has received
do***entation listing many of the horrors happening just south of the
border
and on the American side as well. It shows what Americans can be exposed
to
in Mexico. The do***ent is meant as a warning for law enforcement and not
indented for the eyes of citizens traveling to out of control Mexico.
Mexican Drug cartels using terrorist beheading tactics
Mexican Drug cartels are ordering decapitations blind folding and hooding
victims before they shoot them. The Cartels are sending a chilling message
to the Mexican President Felipe Calderon Administration by adopting
methods
of intimidation made notorious by Middle Eastern terrorist groups. New
Terrorist Bases South Of The Border
Dozens of people have been decapitated in Mexico so far this year, with
heads stuck on fence posts, found in trash bags and heads being tossed
onto
a nightclub dance floor for all to see.
Dozens of U.S. citizens have been kidnapped, held hostage and killed by
their captors in Mexico and many cases remain unsolved. Moreover, new
cases
of disappearances and kidnap-for-ransom continue to be re****ted yet no
high
level warning has been issued to protect Americans against the world class
violence. Americans Being Kidnapped, Held and killed in Mexico
SENSITIVE unclassified INTERNAL LAW ENFORCEMENT DO***ENT indicates Mexico
is
now believed to be the No. 1 country in Latin America for kidnappings.
The government knows that a 1000 plus victims since 2005 of which 43 have
died in captivity surp***** Colombia which had been the world leader in
kidnappings and other violence attributed to drug traffickers and
kidnappers. Who are often the same people who may have been crossing the
border into US towns that are corridors for the Mexican drug cartels
smuggling routes-esp. Tijuana /San Diego, Juarez/El Paso Laredo/McAllen,
Nogales/Nogales, Palomus/Columbus and other U.S. Mexican border towns and
cities.
The do***ent which is offensive to many goes on to point out that 50
cross-border abductions accrued in the Texas Rio Grande Valley with
unknown
numbers of unre****ted incidents. These Abductions occurred in plain view
in
public places the victims were beaten, shoved in vehicles, and taken
across
the US-Mexico border where beatings continued while victims´
friends/family
are contacted to extort money.
Often after payment, victims are dumped and left to find their own way
home
or some just totally disappear.
The do***ent warns US citizens or Mexican nationals residing in the US
that
they may become vulnerable to allied abductions by kidnapping teams
operating out of Mexico or the US.
The more kidnappings that gangs conduct, the finer they
hone their craft. Eventually, they graduate to higher value
targets in higher economic communities.
The re****t says "Until a prominent US citizen is abducted, the problem
will
not receive much attention in the media or from the
Public."
The sensitive internal law enforcement do***ent with gruesome photo´s show
that an estimated 2000 to 3100 persons were victims of drug-related
murders
in Mexico in 2006 and expect the year 2007 will surpass the numbers of
2006
fatalities based on the current ratio of killings and yet the 2008 numbers
they predict will be even be higher. Approximately 100 of these victims
were
law enforcement personnel or other government officials.
It further points out that between Jan.-July 2007 in Mexico: 1200 + drug
trafficking-related executions have occurred .. of which at least
70+ occurred in Sonora.most in Hermosillo, a former "truce city"
among traffickers of the Sinaloa / Gulf DTO organizations.
An unknown-- but significant-- number continues to occur in the states of
Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas as well as: Chihuahua, Baja California Norte,
Tabasco, Guerrero, Michoacan, Veracruz, Sinaloa, Nayarit, Chiapas and
Coahuila.
All Mexico States are experiencing numerous law enforcement deaths,
as well as multiple kidnappings occurring regularly.
As of 7/20/07 there have been 91 abductions in Tijuana alone since
01/01/07.
Seven occurred in two days in July.
Domestic officer safety issues and types of targeted violence
Were evaluated incident material showed there were random kidnap for
ransom
with release, there were random kidnap for ransom and or information using
torture with non-release involving body dumps or
Acid/Lye "Pozole" elimination by putting dead bodies in sealed barrels
filled with acid and lye. Others were kidnapped for information by
torture,
then killed, or kidnapping by "Tax Collectors"-failure to pay.
Kidnappings as Warnings To government and other enemies with
specific MESSAGES attached. And Kidnappings of competitors for
assassinations / Murders.
Structures of the kidnap gangs are former or current law enforcement
officers working as a team member with selective gangs, former Mid-level
Traffickers resorting to kidnappings due to declining narcotics access and
high violence associated with Mexican drug cartel warfare.
Others are disenfranchised or independent teams acting randomly.
Still others are domestic or international gangs and others are teams
using
former military deserters trained in extractions, assassinations, and
assaults or affiliated domestic US street gangs serving multiple Mexican
drug cartel hired as Independent contracted Kidnap-assassination teams.
Evaluated methods and types of Violence to murder victims were: Physical
beating, torture, release on street, or body dumped on
street or lot torture involving beating, tooth removal, appendage removal,
death by torture, strangulation, single shot to head and/or
multiple shots to head and body.
Other tactics were same as above with head and/or face fully or partially
wrapped with duct tape or other head wrappings or blind folds. Bodies
often
disposed of by the alternate "Pozole" method.
Many were beheaded with or without written messages on bodies or in
vehicles.
Many kidnapped victims where held in jail like metal cages in so called
safe
houses.
Many Mexican law enforcement officers joined the cartels or they
themselves
would become victims of there horror.
Many cashes of weapons of been located and confiscated by Mexican
authorities most having come into the country trough the U.S. or smuggled
in
from Russia.
