    Statement of Principles and Purpose:
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

We believe that the immigration situation is out of hand.

We Further believe that all illegals should, must be and will be de****ted
to
the country of their individual origin, in what ever manner may be easiest

and most productive to the goal of total de****tation of this population.

We also strive to create a system in that immigration from legal sources
should be redirected towards that pre'64 immigration act changes in terms
of
place of origin for future immigrants.

Further we strive to put in place a system of punishments that enforce the

above beliefs, on both illegals and Citizens alike, including all
cor****ations that may function with in the United States of America. But
that most especially puts in place a system where government is held
accountable to the Citizens, first and foremost to the exclusion of
non-citizens. And where moreover the Majority will have their will done
truthfully, and not in the distorted manner that the present corruptocracy

produces to our determents but in our names.

Traffic stop nets 17 immigration arrests

Associated Press - April 26, 2008 9:35 AM ET

SWEETWATER, Tenn. (AP) - Seventeen immigrants without identification were
arrested after a routine traffic stop on Interstate 75 in East Tennessee.

A Monroe County officer stopped a large van Wednesday night on suspicion
of
driving under the influence.

Three Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents from Knoxville, about 45
miles away, took Hispanic immigrants into custody.

None of the passengers nor the driver had valid identification

(Well it is a start! And any illegals is good illegals as long as they do
not stop de****ting illegals until there are no illegals! That is my
thinking
on the matter.)

search warrant at Nash Gardens at 150 E. Sunset in Sunland Park, N.M. A
second search warrant was executed at the home of Mark Nash, owner of the
landscaping service. (Mark Lambie / El Paso Times)
Acting on a search warrant, federal agents Friday morning raided two Nash
Gardens businesses and the home of its owner in search of unauthorized
workers, federal agents said.

Several Nash Gardens employees were detained, and agents took several
boxes
of paper out of Mark Nash's home on the West Side.

Agents arrested 28 Mexican nationals, including 25 who face felony
charges,
said Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

(NOtice 25 of 28 are FELONS or accused of Felonies! Wholesome landscapers
those.)

Agency targets visa abuses
More scrutiny of foreign students sought
Email|Print|Single Page| Text size - + By Maria Sacchetti
Globe Staff / April 26, 2008

Federal immigration officials are pu****ng to increase oversight of foreign

exchange students, speeding entry for legitimate applicants but also
cracking down on those who overstay their visas and on "sham schools" that

exist only to provide legal cover for foreigners seeking to enter the
country, officials said yesterday.

(What disturbs me most is not that the foreigners do these things; but
rather that our government knew of these things and just now is acting to
fix the situation. Is it corruption or incompetence?)

and Farmers Branch are among the first Texas law enforcement
agencies accepted into a program to give local officers federal
immigration
enforcement training, according to a press release Friday from U.S. Rep.
Kenny Marchant.

( I can not understand the fuss here, arrest and de****t all of the illegals

and then keep them out. This is not hard to understand.)

Small Employers Cope with Immigration Crackdowns

by Karen E. Klein

Although comprehensive federal immigration legislation has been proposed
repeatedly in recent years, none has passed. Instead there has been a
crackdown on employers who violate existing immigration law. Raids, heavy
fines, and even criminal prosecutions characterize this tougher
enforcement,
says immigration attorney Bill Flynn, of Fowler White Boggs Banker in
Tampa,
Fla. He spoke recently with Smart Answers columnist Karen E. Klein about
how
small-business owners can respond to the new policies. Edited excerpts of
their conversation follow:

There have been congressional efforts over the past several years to pass
immigration reform legislation, but those efforts have collapsed. Where
are
we now in terms of immigration policy in the U.S.?

Well, since we haven't been able to enact comprehensive immigration
reform,
what we're seeing now is a stricter enforcement approach. We're in a
terrifying place, really. We can't seem to get a bipartisan,
statesman-like
approach to this, and meanwhile the business community is running scared
thanks to all the publicity around some recent high-profile raids.
Business
owners are afraid of getting indicted.

(And this is a rational and well grounded fear in that they are breaking
the
law by hiring those that are breaking the law. Odd how indicments follow
on
flaunting the law in order to make a few extra dollars of off cheap
illegal
labor. BOO, HOO, too bad for YOU!!)

 March for Human Rights--May 1
A march in favor of human rights for immigrants is planned for May 1, 2008

in Houston. It will begin at 2 p.m. in front of the Mickey Leland Federal
Building at 1919 Smith, and end at Antioch Park at 1400 Smith.

In the past year families of workers across the United States have been
torn
apart by massive immigration raids

(I can only ask you once again to join us on MAY DAY by sending Our demand

that these interlopers be sent packing en masse.)

The talk must stop. We must secure our borders now. A nation without
secure
borders is no nation at all. It makes no sense to fight terrorists abroad
when our own front door is left unlocked. This is my six point plan:

    * Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it

takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated
immigration reform proposals.
    * Enforce visa rules. Immigration officials must track visa holders
and
de****t anyone who overstays their visa or otherwise violates U.S. law.
This
is especially im****tant when we recall that a number of 9/11 terrorists
had
expired visas.
    * No amnesty. Estimates suggest that 10 to 20 million people are in
our
country illegally. That's a lot of people to reward for breaking our laws.
    * No welfare for illegal aliens. Americans have welcomed immigrants
who
seek op****tunity, work hard, and play by the rules. But taxpayers should
not pay for illegal immigrants who use hospitals, clinics, schools, roads,

and social services.
    * End birthright citizen****p. As long as illegal immigrants know
their
children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S.
illegally will remain strong.
    * Pass true immigration reform. The current system is incoherent and
unfair. But current reform proposals would allow up to 60 million more
immigrants into our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. This
is
insanity. Legal immigrants from all countries should face the same rules
and waiting periods.

(You all could have voted for the man that exposes those views and has
voted
for those views for nearly 30 years: He is of course Ron Paul of Texas.
But
since not enough voted for those views, now it is time for a tireless
minority to light brush fires in the minds--to paraphrase one of the great

minds of American history. I urge you to write in--on a paper ballot!--Ron

Paul, and/or Tom Tancredo in the general election for President and Vice
President of the United States of America. Since the fact is with McInsane

the Madman, ****llary the fibber, and Y'ommam the race pimp: WE all lose!
It
is only a matter of how and when, not what. That what being Our Nation!
They are ALL pro-amnesty, AND they are ALL three, weak minded centerists
that are part and parcel to the Council on Foreign Relations. These people

do NOT give a wink about you or your need, so why vote for them? Why make
a
choice of evils? A protest vote against evil is a vote for the GOOD, and
not merely the same ole'****, with a different color and stink! Vote for
America vote for Paul or Tancredo! Write in the names, and demand paper
ballots! This is the only chance and it is slim; however any chance is
better than no chance!)
