Phase b. of the intelligence cycle Human source Intelligence
(HUMINT) collection operations
Collection agency =97 Any individual,
organization, or unit that has access to
sources of information and the capability
of collecting information from them. See

EXAMPLE of Linguistic Strategems
EXAMPLE 01.
Approach a HUMINT TARGET with the intention of
collecting HUMINT from the TARGET.
Practice your HUMINT skills at Starbucks or other
coffee shop/house NEAR A U.S. MILIITARY BASE
SELECT A TARGET IN STARBUCKS do this by Clandestenly
spotting a TARGET who may hold National Defence
Information or has access to vital foreign/domestic
intelligence. (SOURCE OPERATIONS)
APPROACH: COLLECTOR: They sure make good coffee here
what did you have?
TARGET: Oh It's a moca frapichino
COLLECTOR: Ya I've had one of those once before
by the way my name is Martha it's nice to meet
you
TARGET: Nice to meet you to Martha my name is James
COLLECTOR: So James what do you do for a living?
REMARKS: This question will determin if the person
holds vital foreign/domestic intelligence.
TARGET: I work for the federal government (May hold a security
clearence)
TARGET: I work at Subway sandwitch shop (Does not hold a security
clearence
but might be a ARMY RESERVE/NATIONAL GUARD)
TARGET: I work <COMPANY> with the <DoD> (May hold a security
cleanrence)
TARGET: I work for the telephone company
as an Operator (Can be used as an ASSET,
AGENT or OPERATIVE)
REMARKS: REMEMBER people with "access" can be used for intelligence
purposes while
OPERATING Domestic (CONUS) or foreign (OCONUS) environment.
COLLECTOR: I work as a maid they pay $10.00 USD an hour.
TARGET: Well I get paid $30.00 an hour.
REMARKS:
Now, Clandestinly collect intelligence/counterintelligence information
(RAW)
and "maneuver" the PLANNED CONVERATION (Appearing to be CASUAL
CONVERSATION)
into the area of collection.
MANEUVER: Into TOPIC: Military, Federal Government (U.S.), Telephone
company
et cetra
COLLECTOR: I have been considering a job with the U.S. Military
COLLECTOR: I have been considering a job with the federal government
COLLECTOR: I have been considering a job with the telephone company
TARGET: Well, the military can be a good decision for you .. you might
like it..
REMARKS: Now, we maneuver the planned conversation into TOPIC:
Security Clearence
COLLECTOR: I want to work in the field of intelligence and they
require a security
clearence I wonder how hard it is to get it?
TARGET: It's not that hard to get a security clearence (He/She might
have one ask direct)
TARGET: I don't know how hard it is to get one?
REMARKS: If the TARGET does not comment on TOPIC: SECURITY CLEARANCES
ask the TAGET DIRECTLY (COLLECTOR: Do you have a security clearance?)
COLLECTOR: Do you have a SECURITY CLEARANCE?
TARGET: Yes
TARGET: No
TARGET: I'm not allowed to say (THIS MEANS YES they might have a
SECURITY CLEARANCE)
REMARKS: If the TARGET advises "NO" then maneuver the conversation
into an area
that he or she might be receptive to such as Football for a male and
for a woman
it could be anything there recpetive to such as beautifification that
is her nails
or her colored hair or what kind of taste in fa****on she has and then
when you
make the decision to end the CONVERSATION say something like "Well, I
have to go
now I'm going to be meeting my boyfriend/girlfriend right now it was
nice talking
to you bye"
COLLECTOR: So what do you do in the Military?
TARGET: I'm a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 35 MARY
TARGET: I'm an intelligence specialist
TARGET: I'm work on Bradley fighting vehicles
REMARKS: Now we know that this TARGET has access to vital foreign/
domestic
intelligence information. CHANGE the TOPIC of the conversation to
something
the SOURCE my be recpetive to and build a rap****t with the SOURCE
COLLECTOR: Yeah i'll bet being in intelligence is interesting can you
tell me a little about it?
COLLECTOR: Interesting job you got there what kind of (TOPIC: S****TS)
s****ts do
you like? I like (American) football
TARGET: I like the Cowboys there a good team.
TARGET: I don't like s****ts much
REMARKS: You can select various TOPICS with the TARGET and maneuver
back
to CASUAL CONVERSATION you may want to maneuver the conversation into
the
TOPIC of SECRETS such as "I have a little secret to tell you *giggles*
designed to cause the TARGET to believe you TRUST him or her building
a Clandestine relation****p with the TARGET
REMARKS: After a period of time spent engaging the TARGET you will ask
for
his contacts such as a Cellular telephone number, an e-mail address a
home
telephone number and you might want to send him/her gifts to there
house
and thus acquiring the TARGETS street address
REMARKS: In time lets say a month or two after you go to know the
TARGET
you will clandestinly recruit the TARGET as a SOURCE You might want
to
execute a Linguistic strategem designed to find out first how the
TAGET
feels about working as a SOURCE
FALSE FLAG RECUITMENT of SOURCE: James
COLLECTOR: James I have a question for you?
TARGET: Ok?
COLLECTOR If the CIA wanted you to work for them would you do it?
TARGET: Yes
TARGET: No
COLLETOR: If Yes then advise the TARGET James I have another little
SECRET
to tell you.. James I work for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)
and
my JOB is to recurit persons who have access to intelligence
information
James I would like to know if your interested in becoming a CIA
SOURCE?
TARGET: Yes
TARGET: No
REMARKS If yes ask the TARGET what kind of intelligence does he/she
have?
COLLECTOR: What kind of intelligence information do you have?
REMARKS: The TARGET may say he has access to OPERATIONS couducted by
the
U.S. ARMY Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) or other vital

this
intelligence information

REMARKS: He/She will comment on TOPIC: $30,000
TARGET: Ok I will agreee on this price
TARGET: I wont go lower then $40,000 USD
COLLECTOR: We can meet (Clandestine meeting) in Dennys at around 4:00
PM PST
every friday for the exchange of intelligence infomration and your
money in
cash USD ok?
TARGET: Ok fridays at 4:00 PM PST
COLLECTOR: James if you can deliver the intelligence sooner then
friday on
the telephone (cell/landline) you can say "How are you today Martha"
which
really means "I have the intelligence and am ready to meet you at
dennys"
can you remember that?
TARGET: Yes, I can remember that Martha
COLLECTOR: Ok James I have to go now It was nice talking to you and we
will be in touch ok?
TARGET: Ok Martha have a nice day .. bye
COLLECTOR: Bye :)
REMARKS: You may want to negotiate the price lower or higher depending
on the "grade" of the intelligence information and explane to the
TARGET
that the material he is providing is only worth X amout of dollars
You might also want to avoid ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS and set up a
drop
site for the Intelligence information and the money You may also want
to
use a diffrent linguistic strategem on the TARGET for the Clandestine
Recruitment of the TARGET but do find out early in the "friend****p
stage"
if he would be willing to work for an agency such as CIA or MOSSAD
etc.

collection plan, and issuance of orders and
requests to information collection agencies.
b. collection =97 Acquisition of information
and the provision of this information to
processing elements. c. processing and
exploitation =97 Conversion of collected
information into forms suitable to the
production of intelligence. d. analysis and
production =97 Conversion of processed
information into intelligence through the
integration, analysis, evaluation, and
interpretation of all source data and the
preparation of intelligence products in
