POLITICAL ESSAYS
Framing Concepts - Part 2
`
`
In its January 6th issue, the
Chronicle of Higher Education
[1] publicized the College of
Europe.
`
It's an "elite graduate in-
stitution, the...oldest and
best known in the field of
European studies...."
`
"A high pro****tion [of its]
students go on to pass the
....qualifying examinations
for jobs at the European Un-
ion institutions that make
law and policy...."
`
Like all higher education
schools, the College has its
hidden agendas.
`
For instance.
`
A Norwegian graduate "de-
tects a more subtle type of
conformity. 'Even if you
don't want to, you take on
concepts, you take on ways
of talking. My language now
is very different here than
it is when I go back home to
see my friends'...."
`
That's not the only hidden
agenda.
`
The main campus is at Bruges
in Belgium, but in 1992 the
College "opened a Polish
campus...."
`
"The Natolin campus...in a
suburb of Warsaw, offers a
special [!] concentration in
Central and Eastern European
studies and plays host to
many conferences and activ-
ities [!] related to the
region."
`
For instance.
`
"A student activist group
there has organized [!] ex-
change visits with counter-
parts in Poland's neighbor
Belarus...."

Coup prevented in Belarus
`
"The Belarusian state secur-
ity service (KGB) said...it
had forestalled a coup plan-
ned by the opposition, to
take place on March 19-20.
`
"KGB Chairman Stepan Sukho-
renko said the opposition
had intended to gather sev-
eral thousands of people in
the national capital Minsk
after the announcement of
presidential election re-
sults, and to blow up an
explosive device during the
rally.
`
"Following this, the opposi-
tion planned to declare the
election results false,
seize administrative build-
ings and railway stations,
and block railroads, the
security chief said."
`
"'The unregistered...organ-
izations have gone under-
ground, and are acting with
a strong level of profes-
sionalism, as most of their
members have been trained
abroad.'" Perhaps at Nato-
lin.
`
As always, there's more.

Extracts from Transcript of
Meeting with the Government
Cabinet
`
"Foreign Minister Sergei
Lavrov...:
`
"Today the fourth Joint Col-
legium of the Russian and
Belarusian foreign minis-
tries took place."
`
"We have approved a coordin-
ated foreign policy action
programme for the coming two
years.
`
"Consultations between our
foreign ministries this year
will give this programme
concrete form.
`
"This is a comprehensive
programme that covers prac-
tically all aspects of in-
ternational life."

`
Terrorist subversion or-
ganized by The Superpower
and Puppet-poland.

Belarus Opposition Accused
of Plotting
`
http://www.wa****ngtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/03/01/AR2006030102453_pf.html
`
"...the opposition had plot-
ted to detonate explosives
on election day in a crowd
of sup****ters...." Just
like the mysterious bombings
of Iraqi civilians (rather
than of Superpower troops)
arranged by Iranian agents
with the sometime sup****t of
The Superpower.
`
"The distribution of fake
exit polls was to have sig-
naled the start of the pro-
tests...."
