Rush Limbaugh, Tony Snow, the Mystery of the Senate Bill

Anybody listen to Rush Limbaugh questioning Tony Snow about the
Administration's "illegal immigration" policy yesterday?  Rush was
being pretty hard-line tra****ng the Senate McCain-Kennedy Bill.  In the
end, he would become exasperated and said something to the effect, "For
the life of me I can't figure-out what is motivating this. . .  what's
really at the heart of this defiance of the American people."  But
surely, Rush knows about the CFR program to merge Canada, the United
States, and Mexico.  Is he hinting at it purposely or part of the
cover-up?
