1 / Recent family credit card fraud: It was women's panties!

As mentioned in previous updates and articles, my father, whose social
circles have been the one's most utilized as an operative base in the
investigation, recently saw fraudulent charges appear on his AMEX
card.
As mentioned in my earlier article, I was not too alarmed but I also
stated that I would begin to be more suspect if later we found out the
charges were for women's clothing or something strange like that; such
activity as that could possibly play into my much discussed knowledge
that the investigators wish to cast me in some sort of gender/
***uality confused light ... or at least create the appearance of such
confusions of ***uality through the planting of evidence, etc.
That said, the good news is that today I made some progress with my
research with Old Navy Online's fraud department and it was re****ted
to me that the 200+ dollars worth of purchases were indeed purchases
of 'women's and girls undergarments as well as some instances of
infants' clothing and/or apparel.
To good to be true!
I'm not saying here that I know for certain this is meant to later
incriminate me but I am saying, regarding what I've written in the
past, it's certainly something to be aware of and have on public
record!
Anyway, besides the suspect activity of buying women's under garments,
the additional knowledge of 'infants' clothing makes some sort of
twisted since as well because i've also written extensively of my
knowledge that the investigators have, in the past, attempted to force
the appearance of 'infantile aggressive' behavior patterns. biting,
playing with feces, oral fixations ... you know, run of the mill psych
101 stuff.

The fact of the matter is that if any given wrongful incrimination
attempt should ever prove successful, the probability of my one
defense being obliterated, that is, jbhFILE.com being legally mandated
to be removed from the general public's access, is very likely.
Those behind the investigation against me, who literally *must* use
some illegal means such as planted evidence or fabrications of
cir***stance to necessarily cast me in some sort of criminal light,
fully realize that my only defense is the indication of my knowledge,
in advance, of such actions against my person; therefore, since
jbhFILE.com is the only place I have traditionally published such
knowledge and considering that the means of arguing for it's removal
are many ... I've recently created a daily blog at

At this daily, public blog, I will not only replicate key areas of
jbhFILE.com, but as well I will chronicle daily thoughts and comments
on my ongoing cir***stances which may not be solid enough in the way

Recent conversations with persons close to my father's social circles
require that I author yet another article related to my ongoing weekly
work at his (father's) company.
This article is simply a pre-emptory effort should such conversations
actually contain truthful facts.
It has come to my attention that certain of the recent weirdness
(fraudulent charges, etc.) associated with my father's credit card
account may indeed be an attempt at wrongful incrimination. I have
already made mention of such activity associated with his accounts in
other past articles and other areas of jbhFILE.com as well.
Furthermore, it has been made known to me that after some
incrimination attempt is successful, the desire is to legally mandate
that I remove myself from my regular daily political work for a court
specified period and be required to work full time on location at my
father's business.
Considering the long standing and known objectives of the
investigation, this is im****tant for several reasons.
First, my father's social circles are the ones most infiltrated by the
investigation; also, these are the persons most im****tant in
manipulating my father to believe that my claims of being under
investigation are simply the delusional ravings of someone who is
mentally ill.
Point being, the claim of mental illness is absolutely essential to
the behavioral science wing of the investigation; if a criminal charge
is applied to my person with the addition of the stigma of mental
illness, ... then it's a shoe-in that a part of my 'sentencing' will
involve court mandated therapeutic studies and even medications.
Furthermore, even though I've spoken for, literally, years, about my
knowledge of an investigation of myself, and even though I've
published a near books-length of content online discussing the details
of that investigation, and even though I've made very public and
ongoing legal requests to various federal agencies to prove that such
an investigation exists ... even with those things considered, after
any given set up attempt actually SUCCEEDS, the 'specialists' can be
brought in to simply say something like:
"Well, we've seen this sort of psychotic behavior before; I mean,
there's years of clinical research to back this up. Uh, we understand
he's had some problems now for some time and ... again, when
considering mental illness' such as these, it's not out of the
question that he never even knew he was doing these things ... and
yet, at some subconscious level he did know and that's why you see him
claiming to be under an investigation ... building websites, talking
to lawyers, etc. It's really surprising to see how far his dementia
has progressed and that's why the best place for him will be under
psychiatric/neurological care where we can spend the necessary time
getting to the bottom of what's going on in his brain. And,
besides, ... the evidence was found on his property, right? Clearly
he's psychotic."
Just as neat as a pin, eh?
The incredibly unbounded, so called 'science' that is modern day
psychiatry is exceptionally impressive if for no other reason than
it's knack for incor****ating any cir***stance, whether real or
imagined, within it's figurative arms as the manifestations of some
horrible and mysterious aberration of the brain. Hey, backed by 25
years of statistical data, after all ... who can argue with that?

A very brief bit of commentary exposing that facet of the
investigation which desires to slate my eventual introduction to
certain, questionably legitimate neurological processes claiming to be
able to predict future violent human behavior:
Something I've not written much about is the known assumption on the
part of the behavioral science end of the investigation, that I fit
the bill for some sort of therapeutic or even neurological analysis'
to determine the likelihood of future violent behavior.
This was made evident enough during some of the more oppressive street
theatre operations back in the early 2002 timeframe where I would
repeatedly find myself witness to social dramas hinting at all sorts
of nefarious criminality ... dialogue pur****ting to possible homicide,
dialogue indicating supposed necrophiliac fantasies, etc.
Elsewhere in this website, I go into great detail describing these
early days of being aware of investigative scrutiny and as well my
fleeting attempts at seeking aid from community members; it was during
this brief period of seeking aid and while in the confines of various
of these efforts (shelters, hospitals, etc.) that I saw the most
intense and regular psycho-social skits being played out.
Now, of course, I have the definite word of others who have been
involved in the investigation that this aspect of the psychological
investigation is present and is still hallmark to the investigators
goals ... especially considering the desired trajectory my eventual
'treatment' or 'alternative sentencing' should take once any given set
up attempt should be successful.

5 / Hard Candy: Online harassment example ...

I recently purchased a DVD which sounded just a bit to provocative and
strange to resist, it's called Hard Candy.
Said plainly, it's about a pedophile/child predator who gets figured
out and held accountable for his actions, by a 13 year old girl.
The girl stages an elaborate bait operation, using herself as bait,
and once in a private setting within the perv's home, she drugs him
and, through a variety of psychological means, tortures him into
exposing the facts of his past and present.
It's a creepy but excellent movie. I enjoyed it even though I was a
bit disturbed by it.
In the movie, the little girl who gets the bad guy, the 13 year old
pedophile-vigilante-girl is named, "Haley."
Remember that last bit ... cause it's im****tant for what comes
next ...

6 / Sent second status request regarding FOIPA appeal

As of 3/31/07, I have mailed a *second* status request to the U.S.
Department of Justice requesting word of my much earlier submitted
administrative appeal given appeal #06-2093.
I will be posting the results from the DOJ as soon as I receive them.
