Based on the list of panelists at the upcoming hearing on Feb 7,
they have stacked the deck in favor whatever arrangements the
network providers can extort from the content providers.

Is there anyone on the list with an interest in keeping the
broadband available to individuals for something besides being
profiled and marketed at?
Looks to me like the hearing is just the wolves deciding among
themselves how best to divide the sheep.
