Mister ESA President,
Agents from NASA asked to me, to purchase my SPALIC
technology
for air purification in the SPACE SHUTTLE.
These agents asked purchasing without payment to me, because NASA
haven't money, as they said.
These agents continuing to come after me in all the world, and in
Canada too.
They want my SPALIC technology, without paying.
Why mister President, ESA don't knows my SPALIC technology ?

your OFFICE, my SPALIC technology.
I hope that in Your secretary office, don't working persons from
UUSS of America.
Because NASA have agents in all the world.
