It is perhaps like catching a glimpse of
a JFK-murdering CIA that then spins propaganda
about the Mafia murdering JFK, the Cubans murdering
JFK, Nazis on a moonbase murdering JFK,
Elvis murdering JFK, and then having another small
army of other propaganda artists spouting
and laughing about all those crazy, crazy
conspiracy theorists - with the intended effect
that no one will DARE want to offer another
conspiracy theory.
There are reasons why a government, that is
so accustomed to having complete control of a
lapdog media, would want to kill internet
newsgroups- same reason as China- but using
a different method, of turning them into public
urinals, intended to drive everyone away.
The goal is to spin obviously ridiculous stories
to make the real stories- which might sound
superficially similar- also sound ridiculous.
They would also be skilled in the art of forcing
people into relating true accounts of facts that
sound ridiculous, to lump them in with the
propaganda-artist phony-crazies.
If I hired actors to abduct you, take you
aboard a Hollywood production, full-scale
UFO, drug you and probe you, in full "alien"
getups- then throw you out in your
underwear on a highway- what would
you tell the police? You either lie to them,
and become evasive, or tell the truth about
what seemed to happen- and sound completely
crazy.
You, too, would quickly gain a horrible reputation
as a "crazy" - if a government really wanted that, enough.
Our government is KNOWN to have done things
nearly of that vein. That is why I would not sit
in judgement of the even the craziest-sounding
weirdo. The intelligence world is CRAWLING with
crazy people and crazy stories, once that you really
get into it.
There are sometimes people who just seem
to trying a little too hard, a little too obviously,
to make sure that you know that they are crazy/
There is hardly a government on earth that could stand
a *truly* free source of information. I sometimes
listen to very bright, MIT-educated friends who
brag about our "freedom of the press". I diplomatically
refrain from telling them that they are as naive
as toddlers. I know darned well that they don't
have a clue about things like former CIA Director
William Colby bragging openly that the CIA
controlled "anyone of any im****tance" in the
media.
We live in a world of illusion- best not to judge
what you think that you see.
