I believe I have found an alternative to Offshore Outsourcing that
will benefit job-seekers locally and internationally, but before
discussing it publicly I would like to attract the ideas of political
philosophers to see what they have to say on the subject. I am not
interested in debate, only in discussion with those who care enough
about the unemployed and underemployed to do something about it for
their sake. I am only looking for long term solutions that will not
attract the interest and sup****t of Asian countries.
I am Canadian, but the issue is a global one.
