The pope's days are coming to a close. We need to start holding the
seat of the pope up in prayer, even if you are not a Catholic. The
pope has a major influence on Christianity, and bible-believing
Christians have had a great friend in the current pope; however, that
time is coming to a close.
While it has been touted that nearly all voting Cardinals were
appointed by the current one, there is a lot of politics hidden behind
the scene. Even currently, the pope has been so out of it that the
cardinals have been able to rule him and get their wishes done without
objection. A new pope would have a personal will, which is a threat to
some in the current system. The latest cardinals may have very little
to do with the Pope's choice and a lot to do with those behind him.
Are you interested in the end-times? The selection of the next pope
will have a lot to do with where we are in the final days. If the
church fails to listen to God in choosing a pope and chooses a weak
political fool to head the spot (open to influence), the timetable of
the Lord's coming could be at hand.
I believe the pope will change this year. Remember him in prayer,
weekly, till the next one is chosen. The impact is greater than any
Presidential election, and God has an open ear to prayers of his
humble, trusting children.
