The Power of God to affect change

by "Wide Eyed in Wonder" <kands00@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Nov 25, 2006 at 04:38 AM

Can the devil do evil in this world? If the devil, being a spirit, can
make one sick, what keeps God, being a Spririt from healing flesh?

If a spell, being just words, can cause sickness and injury, why can
prayer, being words, not heal and cause blessing?

If the demons, being spirits, can attack someone and cause harm, what
keeps God's angels, being spirits, from defending them and attacking
the evil ones?

If a spellbook, being written words, can affect others, why can the
Bible, being words, not cause equal or greater physical change?

In summary: If spiritual evil can affect the physical, God can do it
too. If God cannot affect the physical, demons and spells can affect
no one either.
