2 Corinthians 3:4-5
"And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: Not that we are
sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our
sufficiency is of God.."
We have our sufficiency in the all-sufficient God...
Gen 1:26-27
"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and
let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of
the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every
creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his
own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created
he them."
God gave us life.
Gen 2:18
"And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I
will make him an help meet for him."
God gave us others to be with.
PS 34:10
"The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the
LORD shall not want any good thing."
God provides our needs.
PS 127:3
"Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb
is his reward."
God gives us children.
IS 53:5
"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our
iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his
stripes we are healed."
When we were sinners, Christ died for us.
IS 47:4
"As for our redeemer, the LORD of hosts is his name, the Holy One of
Israel."
You cannot be a "redeemer" without paying another's debts. God paid
our debts.
John 16:13
"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into
all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall
hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come."
God gave us the Holy Spirit and revelation.
Gal 5:22-23
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering,
gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there
is no law."
In the Holy Spirit, we have all these things. Wouldn't you like more
of them in your life?
Trust in the giver of all good things.
