>Re: Question for creationist
>Is the earth the only place in the universe that god created life?
Hello,
Actually, I don't consider myself a "creationist" in the general sense
of the word, since there are unbiblical doctrines attached to it, such
as many of them teach that the earth and universe is only 6 or 7
thousand years old. Such statements not only defy proven science, but
also contradict the Bible, which DOES NOT say such things. (more
details if you are interested)
But to answer your question, the Bible does not say if there is life
(intelligent or not) elsewhere in our physical universe. It just seems
unlikely at this time, until God finally settles some universal issues
raised by Satan etc. (such as no human would remain faithful to God if
they were allowed to tested. - Job 2:4)
Interestingly, not even one microbe has been found on any other
heavenly bodies, even though conditions on some of them equals harsh
places on earth where life flourishes. If evolution was the mechanism
cranking out life, and the earth is overflowing in life forms, from
moderate places to severe places, one would expect there to be at
least something on these alien worlds. But so far, zilch! Maybe that
is telling us something about that THEORY of evolution.
Sincerely, James
