The Dead Sea Scrolls were the library of the Essenes- a Jewish sect that
had nothing to do with Christianty.

 I have yet to find but a very few legitimate historians who deny the
existance of Jesus.

Outside of the New Testament, He is mentioned in the Jewish Talmud; the
Holy Qu'ran of Islam, and the detailed histories of Josephus and
Tacitus, among others.

Literary experts will tell you it takes at least 200 years for fantastic
fables to replace the truth in oral histories. The first Gospel- Mark
was in written form by 50 AD. Matthew and Luke follllowed a short time
later.

THis is critical. At that time, there were still witnesses alive who
would have disputed any variation from the thruth.

THe Gospel of Luke contains many descriptions of places; to date, not
ONE of these desciptions has been proven wrong. In fact, many of his
descriptions once thought wrong have been shown to be right. IF he got
that right dosn't that lend credence to the rest of his gospel?
