They have a Constitution.  Do you live there?  There is a mechanism to
change the Constitution. But, in our form of Government in the USA,
you people can't pass laws that are unconstitutional.  Maybe a civics
class would help. You might not hate America so much if you understood
our system.

hint: the court did NOT enact legislation. Please, study our system,
you may grow to like it.
