Who are these "some people"? Who said the US should negotiate with
terrorists and radicals?

Bush didn't specify. Democrats are hoping they can infer Bush attacked
Obama, the leading Democrat presidential candidate, a political no-no.
However, Jimmy Carter, Nancy Pelosi and others have had meetings with
world
leaders who are known to sup****t terrorists and radicals (the leader of
Hamas, the Syrian president, and there's the radicals in Columbia). I'm
sure there's other groups with whom various Democrats have met. Didn't

Kerry meet with North Vietnamese while in Europe during the Vietnam war?
Didn't Bill Clinton act as advisor to Dubai on how to take over control
