Do tell, what is wrong with pointing out the negatives of healthcare
systems we debate on going to?
For far too long, Americans became convinced that socialized or
government healthcare is the solution to our problems. The proponents
like to point out all the goodies of such a system, but fail to ignore
the ramifications of switching to such a system.
We hear how wonderful it would be if all Americans were covered. We
hear of all the benefits cor****ations and companies would have by not
dealing with healthcare.
We already have socialized healthcare in this country; it's called
Medicare and Medicaid. Both are on a dead end road. Both require money
we don't have. Both were subject to fraud and theft by the users and
providers of these systems.
Now that we see the many problems that other countries are experiencing
with these systems, and you call that pointing fingers.
