Well, Chossudovsky  is always worth a read regardless of the topic.

Restructuring of agriculture for cash-ex****ts is a major area of IMF
manipulations. It contradicts however, the Twilight-Zone world weather
manipulation of your pal V, since Chile has done exactly this and
represents a major Imperialist success. They no more want to destroy
Chile's ex****t oriented agriculture than they do Bolivia's water
infrastructure...they want to *control it*.
