Bourgeois plans and fantasies aside, I'm opting for the view that
under a future world planned economy that there would be a "free
enterprise" reduction in the rate of growth of population because in
such a world there would be much more security, though not yet
universal equality - though that would be the long term plan. With
security the main material basis for population expansion - a security
you can get through reproduction (even in ruined middle class families
in the Third World today)- would greatly diminish. The decline in the
influence of the priest would also tend to destroy the main
ideological underpinning of the urge to reproduce.

And hopefully we won't have some surprise! surprise! bureaucracy
"taking control" against the will of the people and reinforcing their
rule by some new form of political correctness - and creating eugenic
laboratories against the civilised will of the people. Rather in the
way that the "Left" surprise! surprise!today betrays the m***** of
working people by lining up with the world rulers and sup****ting open
borders.

And expressing a personal view: the world with a stable, even sensibly
dimini****ng population will be a better place. Vive open spaces where
the INDIVIDUAL can lose himself without the supervision inherent in
bureaucracies controlling large populations. Who after all wants to
live in over-populated ****holes? I've experienced both, and I know
what I love and hate.
