planned world economy is possible when the likely populations faced

I think that for given levels of available resources and their
substitutes and technological possibilities and political will that
there are a whole series of possible populations in different regions
of the world. And these possibilities would meet a response from the
peoples of the world. One thing for sure would be that there would be
a diversity of opinion on this and also that there is no reason why
