Among other things, mind control through radiation!!! This is something 
from a Soviet era Strugatsky Brothers sci fi novel - Neal Stephenson has 
also written a sci fi fantasy on these lines.

I was fascinated by the copious supply of footnotes on this video.

I fear that the problem is that Vangelis has no idea of scientific 
method as used in the natural sciences and therefore takes anything with 
a sufficient supply of technologese as gospel as long as it fits with 
his preconceptions.

I look forward to ever newer and ever more "interesting" exposes in the 
more exotic aspects of "science",
