Of course there are conflicts between the USA, China and Russia - just 
as there are between the USA and the EU countries both as a collective 
and as individual states. And despite the EU there are conflicts and 
rivalries between the individual EU states. After all, we live in a 
capitalist world which is moulded by competition between companies and 
also between states.

But of course you don't argue with the real positions of your opponents; 
you simply make up positions, allege your opponents hold them and then 
shoot them down. That's so much easier than honest intellectual argument.
