This is *much* better than one would have expected from the Chinese=20
Stalinists.
After the US-sponsored war which killed some 4 million people, the=20
Chinese are rebuilding, clearing the mines, doing all the things that=20
the USA should be doing and isn't and never would.
A Marshall Plan for the Congo. Cool!
The source says they aren't really concerned with the people of the=20
Congo so much as China's needs? Well, what do you expect? They are=20
Stalinists, after all.
