Not sure *what* I was wrong about, perhaps you can distill this down a
bit. At any rate, I'm no defender of State election law, per se, nor
even the way the P&F operates, per se, but it seems that any group
trying to be on the ballot as a *registered* party, has to follow
these laws. You also know (pehaps you do not) that you can get
*candidate* on the ballot as a one shot deal, petitioning, and not
have all this CC stuff. I think. We tried that in 1976 to get Camejo
on the ballot that way.
