 Not merely "not every" electoral party, but *no* other electoral party
has those laws.

 I quoted *only* from Part 5 --  the P&FP part -- under Division 6
(governing California Presidential Primaries, and county committees).

 Every registered party has its very own statute sections.  Part 2 is
just for Democrat; Part 3 is just for Repubican; Part 4 is just for
American Independent.  Part 5 was offered to this newsgroup just
to establish your depraved indifference to the facts.
