That's a good explanation, but no possible solution. To start with, why
dont we discourage the re)production rate of the stupid & mentally
dysfunctional by bribing potential welfare queens to get their Y
chromosome sperm donations from a fertility clinic rather than the local
stud muffin pool?
A mass reproduction fertility clinic franchise, that did the mtDNA
analysius offered selected sperm fed-x over nite during ovulation would
result in healthier babies, fewer premature, faster development, and
better results from Head Start and the other Liberal programs. It'd save
the taxpayers tons of money.
Every premmie they dont get this year would pay for a college education
in a dozen years. And some of the kids would be so smart, they'd be
ready for it at puberty, begin professional careers at 16, and be paying
taxes to sup****t your retirement even before 21.
Rather than taking up cell space.
