The UN has been declaring that they had a 775 Million dollar shortfall
in the World Food Program, prompting President Bush to propose a 700
Million dollar increase from the United States. However, this

....points to an audit that reveals the UN had 1.2 to 2 Billion Dollars
in the program, at the time of the request. What happened to that
money? Where did it go? Most im****tantly...why do we keep pumping
money into an organization that a very long history of financial
mismanagement?
