home 
owners who have no 'interest' in their home just walk away. No big deal,

was just like renting and getting evicted.

The real estate bubble broke because banks were made to loan to illegal 
aliens, unqualified minorities who couldn't handle ARM loans. Libs in 
congress threatened the banking industry with charges of racism if
unsecured 
loans were not made.
