This B.S. about the Queen's role in Canada reveals a basic
misunderstanding of a constitional monarchy.
The Queen has nothing to say about Canadian law, period, end of
sentence. You guys are so fond of Bu****e's bum buddy, Tony Blair ...
was he not the leader of Great Britain, also a constitutional
monarchy? By your analysis, the Queen runs the UK as well ...
Turns out she doesn't. She doesn't run Canada or Australia or New
Zealand, for that matter.
Canada's leader is Stephen Harper, duly elected by Canadians in a
democratic vote ... and we counted it honestly, without racially
motivated attempts to prevent minorities from showing up at the ballot
box.
You know, the world is sick of Americans lecturing the rest of the
world about everything, including how to run a democracy. Believe it
or not, you didn't even invent the system.
