Let's do***ent two of Chilton's lies.

The truth is that being in the country "illegally" isn't a felony.
It's treated like a civil offense and doesn't involve any fine or jail
time.  It is NOT a serious crime according to US law.

It's been pointed out that that plan requires significant changes to
the US Constitution.  When I wrote:
