And on all those oil leases how many permits have be issued by the 
Department of Energy to drill a well (wells are drilled not dug you 
bozo) on those oil leases.

And in 5 more years how many of those oil leases will revert back to the 
US Government to be sold again at auction???

Pretty neat racket the Government has.

I sell you the oil lease for big bucks.
I don't let you drill or make any improvements.
The oil lease reverts back to me.
I sell it to some other yo yo for big bucks and make a bundle.
