No, you replied that I should ask him.

Thought won't keep your refrigerator cold MD. And it won't make
the wind blow either.

Wind power is by nature intermittent, and above and beyond that
it's intensity is variable when it's blowing.

But you don't always get wind, and you won't always get wind power.
These are the simple facts of the matter.
