"Wind power" is at best a ***bersome technology with a limited
application.  But it is easily digested visual propaganda and
involves lots of expensive hardware in an ideal "public/private"
monopoly.

T. Boone Pickens is soon to meet his Maker but he cannot deny his
obsession with money and power. This is just another attempt to
channel public money into private pockets and associate the Republican
party with Environmentalism.
